HELP! I've locked my phone in my storage unit! - In a traditional facility, if you locked your key in your unit, we would cut off your lock and you would need to purchase a replacement. With our Noke Smart Entry System, simply find a friend or family member with a smart phone, download the "Storage Smart Entry by Noke" app and sign into their device using your login information. You will now be able to access the gate and storage unit lock using your friend or family members phone to retrieve your device. No need to purchase a new lock!
