• What Is a Drive-Up Storage Unit? - Our drive-up storage units have their own loading zone, enabling you to drive your car right up to the unit for easy and convenient storage.

• What Is a Roll-Up Door? - Our roll-up doors are lifted from the ground upward, making it easy for you to store large items. They are made of lightweight metal, secured with smart latches, and offer easy access to the entire expanse of the storage unit opening.

• Do You Offer RV and Boat Storage? - No, unfortunately Smart Storage Centre does not offer RV or Boat Storage.

Rental Service FAQs

• Is It a Monthly Rental Agreement? - Yes, we offer flexible month-to-month rental agreements to meet our customers' needs.

• How Do I Access the Storage Facility? - Smart Storage is conveniently located in Penticton, BC, and you can access your unit any time between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, seven days a week.

• Am I eligible for a refund if I vacate my unit before the end of the month? - At Smart Storage, while we offer a pro-rated charge upon moving in, we do not extend the same for early move-outs. This means if you move in during the middle of the month, you'll only be charged from your move-in day onwards. However, we do not issue refunds for any unused days if you decide to vacate your unit before the month's end. In other words, once paid, monthly fees are non-refundable regardless of when you leave.

• What is the procedure for resolving disputes relating to payments, questions, or policies? - At Smart Storage Centre, we prioritize clear communication and mutual understanding with our clients. However, in the event of any dispute relating to payments, questions, or policies, our signed lease agreement serves as the definitive guide for resolution. The terms of this agreement, which were mutually agreed upon at the start of the lease, provide the final word on any contentious issue. By defaulting to the rules and stipulations within this document, we ensure a consistent, fair, and transparent approach to dispute resolution.

• HELP! I've locked my phone in my storage unit! - In a traditional facility, if you locked your key in your unit, we would cut off your lock and you would need to purchase a replacement. With our Noke Smart Entry System, simply find a friend or family member with a smart phone, download the "Storage Smart Entry by Noke" app and sign into their device using your login information. You will now be able to access the gate and storage unit lock using your friend or family members phone to retrieve your device. No need to purchase a new lock!
